    Jemma

    After completing her reformer course almost ten years ago, Jemma has a passion for pilates and opened REFORM Pilates Ipswich in 2024 whilst on maternity leave with her first daughter. She now has two children and big plans for REFORM in 2026.

    Jodie

    Four years ago Jodie gave up HIIT gym workouts for Pilates and has never looked back. She has been instructing for two years and loves being able to add spice to each exercise layer. Catch Jodie in the studio Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays.

    Tileah

    As the admin manager at Reform, Tileah is proud to be a part of a studio that takes a holistic approach to wellness, where movement is celebrated no matter your goals or abilities. She can’t wait to welcome you into the studio Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

    Rhi

    As a veterinary nurse, Rhi was looking for a way to step into the wellness world and follow something that truly made her feel good. She started practicing Pilates 4 years ago and it helped her slow down and build a stronger connection with her body, something she now wants to help other experience too. Rhi teaches Tuesday & Friday mornings.

    Matilda

    Originally from Melbourne, Matilda first discovered pilates through her 15 years in dance training and has recently decided to become an instructor. She loves helping people gain strength and confidence and her favourite exercises are anything involving legs. Catch Matilda in the studio Monday & Wednesday mornings.

    Alana

    Alana became a Pilates instructor in 2022. She loves Pilates because it is always humbling no matter your fitness level, so you always feel challenged. Her favourite exercise has to be lunges or planks. Alana teaches Thursday mornings.

  • Morgan

    Morgan is part of our reception team. Pilates makes her feel strong and empowered to challenge herself. You will see her smiling face at the front desk, on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

    Miranda

    Miranda started Reformer Pilates two years ago and loved it so much she did the instructors course for her own personal development. Miranda’s favourite exercise is planks! Catch Miranda in the studio Tuesday mornings.

    Cara

    Cara completed her Reformer Pilates course in 2023. She is especially passionate about empowering and supporting women of all ages. Her favourite exercise is abs with hands in straps. Cara instructs Tuesday afternoon classes.

    Demi

    Demi’s favourite exercise is definitely anything glutes! Particularly a spicy lunge series. She is in her second year of Clinical Nutrition and loves all things health and wellness. Catch Demi in the studio Wednesday & Thursday mornings.

    Grace

    Grace has been teaching Pilates for over two years. Her favourite exercise is anything abs, particularly plank to pike! She is studying nursing full time and works in the beauty industry. Grace helps out with weekend classes.

    Kahlia

    Kahlia fell in love with Reformer Pilates when Reform first opened and has found it to be a grounding space for both her body and mind. As the studio’s resident wellness fairy, she’s honoured to bring meditation, sound healing and breathwork to the space through our monthly Friday CALM sessions.

Our Classes

  • Get ready to feel the burn. This powerful class uses props like the Pilates ball, resistance bands and weights to target and tone your muscles. You’ll move with control, build lean muscle, and leave feeling defined from head to toe. Open to all levels, our SCULPT class has options to progress or regress, whichever suits you.

  • Leave feeling aligned in this classic reformer Pilates class. Designed with the beginner in mind, this class focuses on controlled movements and enhancing overall strength and mobility. This is a great low impact, yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace. Options to progress are also available for the more advanced.

  • NEW!! NEW!! NEW!!

    Be prepared to break a sweat in our newest class on the block. This class combines classic reformer & mat exercises with intensity and weights to get you sweating. Think bootcamp meets reformer, but in the coolest way possible. Progress or regress, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

  • FRIDAYS ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED. WE REPEAT, FRIDAYS ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED!!

    This class takes the benefits of pilates to the next level. Designed for the advanced client, our STRONG class puts your strength to the ultimate test. Be prepared for no springs, heavy weights and shaking limbs. Don't say we didn't warn you!

  • Get your Pilates FLOW on!!! What used to be balance, is now called FLOW. Designed with the beginner in mind, this class focuses on a classic reformer pilates flow. This is a great low impact, yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace. Similarly to ALIGN, options to progress are also available for the more advanced.

  • Formerly known as mums & bubs, GROW is a class we have created just for parents (& grandparents too!) You’ll leave feeling refreshed after moving your body, in a space where judgement does not exist. Your instructor will guide you through the movement whilst your little one joins in with you, or sits beside you (depending on the day).

  • FORM, aka our introduction class, is designed for those who have never done reformer pilates before. As the name suggests, you will learn pilates form and movement principles. Taking you through the basics of how to activate your core, body positioning, moving on the machine etc, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling enlightened.

  • Reward yourself with a restorative experience that will leave you feeling completely renewed. This mild-intensity stretch class is designed to help you unwind. With calming music, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle stretches and mindful movements to lengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion.
