GENERAL QUESTIONS

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a machine called a reformer. It focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability through controlled movements and resistance-based exercises.

Reformer Pilates uses a sliding carriage, springs, and pulleys to add resistance, making it more dynamic and versatile compared to Mat Pilates, which relies on body weight and small equipment like resistance bands.

Yes! Our classes cater to all levels, and our instructors provide modifications to suit different abilities. We recommend starting with our introduction class if you’re completely new to reformer pilates.

All of our classes run for 45 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early if it’s your first class.
BOOKING AND MEMBERSHIP

You can book classes through our website or mobile app. Advanced bookings are recommended as spots fill up quickly.

We require at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid losing your class credit. No shows will incur a $5 fee. Please check our cancellation policy for full details.

STUDIO POLICIES
