This class is moderately paced and focuses on sculpting and toning muscles with the assistance of a piece of pilates equipment. Whether it be the pilates ball, ring, band or weights, you will leave this session feeling defined and powerful.

Get your flow on in this classic reformer Pilates class. This class focuses on controlled movements and enhancing overall strength and mobility. This is a great low impact yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace.

Be prepared to break a sweat in HIIT classes. This class combines classic reformer exercises with high intensity to get you sweating and your heart pumping. Think bootcamp meets reformer, but in the best way possible.
