Our Classes

  • A focus on toning the core, upper and lower body using booty bands, dumbbells and the pilates ring. This class is moderately paced and will leave you feeling powerful and in control.

  • Get your flow on in this classic reformer Pilates class. This class focuses on controlled movements and enhancing overall strength and mobility. This is a great low impact yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace.

  • Be prepared to break a sweat in HIIT classes. This class combines classic reformer exercises with high intensity to get you sweating and your heart pumping. Think bootcamp meets reformer, but in the best way possible.

  • This class takes the benefits of pilates to the next level by combining reformer exercises with functional weight and strength training. Get ready to work your whole body, get your muscles shaking and feel strong after this class.

  • Whether you want to regain core strength after pregnancy and birth or to open your chest and build muscle in your arms for feeding, this class is for you. Bring your bebe with you and take the class at your own pace, stopping to feed whenever you need. Our instructors will assist to soothe your bebes where needed. This is a no judgement zone!

  • Balance is a slower paced class designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Your muscles will thank you at the end of the week when finishing it off with our balance class.

  • This class is for the reformer pilates beginners. You will become familiar with the reformer and its functions. You will learn about the springs and specific position techniques to ensure you get the most out of your reformer pilates workouts every time.
